2016 W-2s will available electronically via the Employee Self Portal in mid-January 2017.

If you need assistance setting up or accessing your account because your information is incorrect, you have forgotten your password, or you are locked out, the following information will need to be emailed to the Payroll department.
- Employee’s first and last name
- Employee’s social security number*
- Address (street, city, state and zip)
- Current email address
*If our team determines the SS# does not match our records, a copy of the social security card must be emailed*
